Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered according to the published policy: https://x-connect.xyz/payments.html. Support does not make the final decision independently. The application typically requires Telegram ID/nickname, payment number and date, amount, payment method, reason, contact and bank receipt.
Where to submit a refund request?
Through the bot or developer account @XConnectHelp. In the request, indicate the ticket number and attach the receipt. According to recent responses, the review period is up to 7 days; if approved, the refund is made to the original details.
Will the full amount or the remainder be refunded?
Depends on the reason and usage. In tickets, full refund, proportional refund for remaining days, and refund only to the internal balance have occurred. If the service was activated and traffic used, a subjective speed assessment alone may be considered insufficient grounds; attach measurements and a description of the malfunction.
What should I attach to the request?
Specifically a receipt/certificate from the bank, not just a notification or screenshot of the card balance. Also indicate the payment system and transaction number.
