Tariffs
15 answers in the Tariffs section.
Which tariff to choose for regular home internet and Wi‑Fi?
If there are no whitelists, a regular tariff is suitable: Base, Premium, or Unlimited. In regular VPN, traffic is unlimited; differences are mainly in the number of devices and additional features.
Which tariff is needed for mobile internet with whitelists?
A tariff marked LTE: LTE Daily, LTE Mobile, or Combo LTE + VPN. Base, Premium, Unlimited, and trial tariffs do not include bypassing LTE/whitelists.
How is Combo different from LTE Mobile?
Combo combines regular VPN for Wi‑Fi/normal network and LTE servers for whitelists. The Combo limit is only used on LTE servers; regular VPN traffic remains unlimited, although the app may show total traffic volume.
Is LTE traffic counted over Wi‑Fi?
No. According to support responses, the limit is counted on LTE servers. The client or cabinet may show total traffic, so its counter may differ from the server's.
Can I buy additional LTE traffic?
Yes. Create a ticket if the package is ending. In several cases, support increased the limit or offered an individual volume.
Can I get a fully unlimited LTE tariff?
This is calculated individually because LTE traffic has a separate cost. Specify your expected monthly volume and number of devices — support will calculate an option.
What is "YouTube Boost"?
This is a narrow tariff with one Russian server, primarily intended for YouTube, e.g., on a TV. It is not a full replacement for regular VPN and does not bypass geo-blocking. In other paid tariffs, YouTube is also supported, and traffic may be routed through a Russian exit to reduce ads.
What do "Auto", "Regular Servers", "Bypass Locations", and "Bridge" mean?
Auto — automatic selection of an available/less loaded location.
Regular Servers — standard VPN for normal internet.
Bypass Locations / LTE / ROUTE — servers for restricted mobile internet and whitelists.
Bridge — connection via an intermediate Russian node when direct access to a foreign server is blocked by the operator.
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
Yes. Subscriptions will have separate links and separate management. This is convenient, for example, for regular VPN, LTE, and a router.
Does a subscription work abroad with a Russian location?
Yes, if the tariff has a Russian location available. Select it manually. Note that the "YouTube Boost" tariff only provides a Russian exit for its narrow purpose.
Why is the price listed "from"?
The monthly price depends on the chosen term: paying for a longer period may reduce the monthly cost. The final amount is visible before confirming the purchase.
Why does renewal suddenly show tens of thousands of rubles?
In tickets, this was a calculation error or a temporary state after changing the number of devices. Do not pay such an amount: refresh the page/bot, wait a minute, and check again. If the price does not correct — create a ticket with a screenshot.
Is there a gaming tariff?
Yes. The cost is 450 RUB. Available are AmneziaWG 2.0 or VLESS and a server of your choice: Germany, Finland, Netherlands, or Sweden. To activate the gaming tariff, write to support.
Where is Hysteria2 available?
Hysteria2 is available on many servers of the regular subscription and is especially recommended for mobile devices. It is not included in the LTE tariff. If the protocol does not appear after updating the subscription or does not work, inform support of the app, device, operator, and region.
Which countries are available?
The standard list includes:
Netherlands (NL);
Poland (PL);
Finland (FI);
Germany (DE);
Estonia (EE);
France (FR);
United States (US);
Singapore (SG);
Sweden (SW);
Switzerland (SL in the service's designations).
Upon request, support can offer almost any other country. Feasibility and price are calculated individually.
